Was researching how to make the h1 wheels fit and I saw that you could use drw hubs. What all goes into to swap or is it straight bolt on? Can you use them on the rear to? Would much rather go with these over spacers. I have 3/4 axles if that matters

There are no dually hubs for a 3/4 ton front axle, these are only aed for a D60 (1 ton).

The rear can be done 3 ways; dually width axle (typically D70HD), spacers or I think you can go with nothing and have a narrow rear track width.

One thing to consider when putting tall tires on a regular width 14 bolt rear end is, when flexing, the tires will likey rub the inner fender wells. My guess is you have bolts sticking out inside the fender well right where the tire will rub. This equals an expensive blow out.

I have a van width 14 bolt rear with H1 rims and 36" tires with a 6" lift. Mine don't rub but I think if I went to 38s they would rub.

I'm gona be running 37s and an 8" rear lift and I'm not afraid of trimming if necessary. Guess I'll be looking for some good spacers

Well you'd be trimming into the fender wells and floor of the K5, not the outside sheet metal. With 8" of lift and 37" tires and standard width rear you should be fine with a couple inch spacer. Just do a flex test to ensure no tire contact.

Here's what H1's look like on a DRW D60 and D70HD (I sold these on eBay a while back):
