I need to put 1" spacers in between my rear wheels but I need to find longer wheel studs to do this. Anyone tracked down studs that are 1" longer than stock for a D70 dually rear before?

My plan is to use a simple 1" aluminum spacer. Not an adapter with a second set of lug nuts. My hubs appear to be the same diameter if I move the outer wheel out an inch. I haven't measured with the wheels off yet though to confirm. I don't want access to the inner wheel to be twice the work to get it off the truck. I have no trouble making my own spacers to make sure they center correctly either.

Borrowing MTMike's pic it doesn't look like there is a separate shoulder for the wheels.

The stock wheel stud is a DORMAN Part # 610194
(Thread; 9/16-18; Knurl Dia.: .621"; Length: 3-17/32"; Shoulder Length: 1-5/16")

There is a DORMAN 610359 that is 9/16" longer
(Thread: 9/16"-18; Knurl Dia: .625"; Length: 4-1/32"; Shoulder Length 1-15/32")

Not quite as long as I'm looking for but going the right direction. It would allow for a 9/16" spacer.

rims off there is a flat section at the back of the hub and its a little bit bigger than the rest of the hub dia.

In that case, I just need to machine a simple spacer that has the extra lip like the adapters you posted. I will just have to track down an extra bearing hub to do some measuring and test fitting with.

I could buy a set of 1" spacers off of ebay and machine them down to 9/16" thick. Assuming the vendor will sell them to me without the center bored out. My tires are not big enough to need the 2" spacer and would look very odd with that big of a gap.
