Rumor has it that GM had a stock dual alternator setup. Any ideas where I could find more information?

Eep. I dont think I can live without AC. the only other thing is- I have a sepentine belt setup.
I have thought of cramming one down where the vacuum pump would go - right near the boss for the mechanical lift pump.

I've seen something like that on ambulances. Maybe check one out.
