i swapped to a 465/205 in the jimmy and have flotech headers. cant seem to figure out how to route my exhaust past the transfer case on the passenger side cause the header is pointed directly at the transfer case. i could use some pictures of how everyones got their exhaust routed so i can determine if mysetup is wrong or if ive gotta do some fancy bending to make it work

running dual pipes?

Not that you want to, but going to a shorty header (if for just the passenger side) would help your options if it's that bad. Sorry, no pics from me since I have shortys and single piping.

Better yet take a picture of your issue. I had long tubes with a clocked transfer case in my truck running duels past the front outlet.

I used two 45* exhaust "tips" welded together to raise the exhaust path up and clear the x-member/t-case.

i wonder if the flex pipe stuff would work . i was concerned with having an issue if one side has more tube than the other. not sure if its a problem or not lol

If you're gonna use a flex pipe than get a good quality OEM style braided flex pipe not the crappy slinky type thing autozone has.

I had one system with the PS tube flattened on one side to clear the T-case rod. The fuel lines are right there inside the frame, so you have to hug it close to that rod. 2 1/4" might work without much dimpling, though.

Which header are you running?
