just curious as to why you want dual shocks in the front? i put dual shocks all the way around on my 78 blazer and took them off less than 6 months later.......it rode like an old wagon on a logging road!!! unless you are planning on jumping or showing the blazer i wouldn't recommend it. dual shocks in the rear will help with towing.

when all else fails..............HIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just wondering (daydreaming) I think that I will put the rs9000's on but was curious since I didn't see them in any catalog.. Ya have the lmc cat but it isn't for my year k/5

on my truck i got some from i wanna say rough country, was fairly straight forward, might wanna check them out.

I went to the dealer (a few years back) and bought some for a "quad shock" truck - cost about $12 each then. They are bolt on brackets that hold 1 shock, they're used to mount a shock slightly forward and higher than the one in the standard position.

Just use a mid 80's to 91 Blazer w/ the "quad shock" option as the application and the dealer should be able to find them.

You don't scare me, I got chunks of guy's like you in my stool!

check for like the 88 and 89 year...my 88 has quad shocks on it...mine doesnt ride like a wagon...maybe it depends on the type of shock...

i dunno

Later

Just tap it in...tappity tap tap...

I had the Quad set up on my 87...it sucked...I don't know how the previous owner lived with it...With 4 Rancho 5000's up therre it was SOOOOOO stiff...I took off the shocks and now it rides and flexes better...if you want the brackets, I'll cut 'em off for you for you if you pay shipping...

Was that a speed bump? No, just a Rice Rocket </font color=red> <a target="_blank" href=http://coloradok5.com/gallery/fortcollinsram>My 87 Blazer</a>
