Dual Snorkel

Got my dual snorkel setup all done, used a 74 vette aircleaner assembly with some mods, custom tubing and a caddillac tbi aircleaner spacer. check out my pics posted in the members gallery /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

I had the single one on the passengerside but with my new 383 it just didnt flow enought so ive been planning for about a month and gathering the few parts i needed. it only took me about 3 hours from start to finish. the hardest part was adapting the different sizehoses and having everything seal up good. /forums/images/graemlins/grind.gif /forums/images/graemlins/weld.gif /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif

I had a 454 sucking through one 4" snorkel when I had my K5. It worked awesome, it was just my own stupidity to not reroute the tranny vent line....so boom went that.

Actually yes it was..lol, /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif The jeep was my brothers and we were on our way to meet a couple of other guys. we went down wheeling in the pinebarrens today. Awsome trip. just got home at 9pm.the fuel pump in my bro's jeep crapped out midday but i got underthere, yanked it out and gave it a good wack. it started working and we kept goin. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
