I came across a link that had some information about the 4l80e having this Dual-Stator Torque Convertor and was wondering if I could install one in my Th400?

No. Pump parts and converters from a 4L80E are not interchangeable with pump parts and converters from a 400 turbo. The dual stator converter is only available in the small block powered trucks, because it does not take high power and abuse well. All it is is a new version of the old switch pitch in the mid sixties Buicks. Everett Jasmer had one in the old USA 1 monster truck that Rod Litzaugh cleaned house with. It was built by ATI racing transmissions in Baltimore Maryland. They still sell all the parts to build a switch pitch 400, including the converter.
