Hey guys.

I got a couple of selector valves here, one from my truck and one from another truck i bought for parts, so i dont want to be taking mine off my truck to test them, i am sure they work just dont want problems later on, so is there a way to test them withouth installing them under the frame???

Ill evetually pass them on to another lucky guy who needs em.

Sure. Get you a length of clean vacuum hose or the like, stick one end on one of the center fittings, and blow into the other. :haha:

No, really... check with your thumb, see which side it comes out. Then energize the switch (either run 12V to it if it's electric, or pull the cable if it's manual) and then make sure it blows to the other side.

If it's got two wires, then you run the + and - one way for one tank, then reverse the polarity for the other tank. I donno how the factory ones work as my truck had the cable type from the factory, which didn't work when I bought it, so I got a new electric aftermarket switcher.
