So evidently I should have my last two wheels being custom cut and I’m kicking around a couple ideas for finishing the look of thes smooth wheels.
I have the retaining rings for the original budd wheels so I plan on keeping those with that as I have had hub centric spacers made for these wheels and I’m dead set on using these large lug nuts with the captive washers.
I got impatient and mounted the front tires so the machines surface is still an option up front to just leave them be.
However I feel like something is missing. The original idea was to use a stock style chrome center cap but without the containment rings there’s no way to mount them. The captive washers are also larger than the holes in the center.
