I am looking at a dually and woundering what it would take to transfere it to single wheel instead of dually. Would I have to change out the whole front and rear axels?

Don't forget that you will need to replace your box sides if you want to keep your box, the fenders are cut underneath the dually flares. At least the last 2 duallys I had were

no, just all 4 hubs.
If it is a C&C DRW rear, you can just change all 4 hubs. If it is a pickup DRW rear, it will end up too wide, about 74" WMS-WMS. The C&C and SRW housings are the same width with different hubs, the pickup DRW housing is wider.

or if its a c&c truck with the narow rear axle . just swap on single hub rotors on the front and 2" spacers on the back . thats what i did works just fine.

and to swap hubs on the rear you will need all srw parts and move the flanges out and reweld them for the backing plate to sit. or do a disk brake swap on it.
