Hey guys, so I am figuring out the tire situation on my dually and i need a little help. My friend gave me a set of 16.5 rims which i believe are off a ford, they are non hubcentric. They are a bit odd to me, every other hole is concave/convex, so basically my concern is on the wheel mounting surface, i am only actually contacting the hub in 4 points.. What is up with that and what is the recommended solution? Just find myself chevy rims that require the conical ring on the outside? I would rather use these rims because... they were free but let me know what you guys think?

This picture is of the surface that mounts on the hub.

dodge did that a lot on there older stuff.

and takes special nuts and hub has machined out area to clear the flare of the rim area.

and on rear if you dont line up the flares correct it makes for a bad time on rim not sitting flat against other rim. :doah:
