Duece and half axles-pics added

Yes

1000 for a front and rear and like 250-300 for a rear

Prices very though, it depends where you live

Define "deuce and a half". There's been about 3 generations.

This is the "latest" (aka from the 50's-60's and going out of service now) the M35 series and yes, it does have the Rockwell 2.5 ton axles:

This is the M135 series from the early 50's and has been out of service for a few decades. It does not have the axles you want:

Neither do these which are WWII deuce and halfs:
GMC CCKW (the most common by far of the WWII deuces):

The WWII trucks have axles that barely are up to the strength of Dana 60's. The M135 is somewhere in between but not really worth your time. Only the Rockwell axles have aftermarket support or still have parts made for them commercially.

No prob. I take it you're looking at a M35 series then?

I have no idea actually, my dad calls me from time to time wanting to sell things that might be profitable to our type of hobby. He calls me today and want to sell the axles from a duece. I know plenty about everything that came in our 73-87 body style but I dont know the ins and outs of really anything else.

We'll see what kind he has and put em up on here or ebay.

Very first pic you posted is a 5 ton. Count the lugs. 10 makes a 5 ton.

Cool. Definitely make sure you know what you have. I've seen several folks on various forums in the last few years buy "deuce and a half" axles and end up with old junk or random civilian junk. One guy ended up with 5 ton Rockwell axles but there's not much aftermarket support for those.

Derp, you're right. The air intake on the fender should have been my first clue.:doah:

Yup, look like Rockwell deuce axles to me. The paint and the tires are right for it to be a M35 too.

They would sell instantly for 900 if you were in Florida.....
