duel tank wiring problems

The PO did some funky things to the wiring to the duel tanks, including add an electric fuel pump, my problem is that only one tank works.

anyone got a diagram?

This might be kind of similar. It's a little newer with the in tank electric pumps, but it's the best I can do. Sorry.

thanks for the reply, as it does help some, but I need to know the colors and what they do.

You should have an individual ground to the frame from the tank for each side. Also a wire to the sender with a rubber end cap, fits over the sending unit stud. Look at your working tank and check for the same set-up on the non-working side. It's possible the ground wire came loose.
