what is a zero rate spring and how do they work?

a zero rate is an inch tall block that bolts on to the spring pack to either be used as an extra inch for clearance or to move the axle foward or backward.

its basically just a block about 3/4" to 1" thick that has offset centerpin hole most can be used centered or the offest to onside is 1" and the other is 1.5"

o and they go between the spring and the perch
