Dumb Question

OK I can get after market fender new for $80 bucks through my mechanic or I can get a good no rust or dents from a 1986 for $100 bucks and $50 in gas to go get.

I know GM will be exact fit. What would you guys do?

Oh yea the truck had new GM doors and fenders put on it in 1995 saw faxed slip.

Really? I have been hearing the horror stories and thought GM were better.

I'd go GM but one not with a trip. Wait around till something pops up close so you can inspect fender. Rust happens quick!
Unless it's an off-road rig, and you like having to use ratchet straps to get your bolt-holes to line up.

try "crashparts" aftermarket stuff theyre pretty good at fitting and priced well
