A bigger crank pulley makes the accessory pulley spin faster or slower?

No...Ratio and Proportion =

Larger driving pulley makes smaller driven pulley turn faster...

Let's say you have an 8" pulley driving a 4" one..that is a 2:1 ratio..
The smaller 4" driven pulley, makes two revolutions for every one the larger 8" driver makes..

Now if the small pulley were driving the larger one, then a larger driven pulley will slow it down..

Just looked it up..Your right...I moved up an inch on the crank pulley to an 7.75" and my PS pulley is 5.5" So at 1000 RPM the PS pulley is now turning 1409 RPM compared to the old 1227 RPM.
Don't know if that's a good thing or not, but now I have two belts instead of one running the pump.
