I've been finding a few around here. not mine and not affiliated...there have been a few nicer ones but this is the only one currently listed. there was one with less than 100K on the donor and the HD front clip from the donor, but that listing expired. also a white one in North Dakota was listed recently...

Yeah, thats Tom. We help with tuning on those conversions he does. He also supplies us with endless gen 3 LS engines, harnesses and ECMs.... He is pretty proud of those conversions.
 
Hoping to be able to share more details soon. Burb should be arriving at builder tomorrow :-)
 
LBZ is the best one to have. I have a 07 classic 2500hd with Dmax and Allison 6sp. You will love it.

That pic sucks, but in terms of condition, he says its in the top 5% of the rigs he has built.

The exterior looks like it needs a detail, but he said the interior is really clean.

Super excited for the swap to start!
 
That is awesome! That's going to be such an insane upgrade over your current burb! You'll be able to set the cruise at 80mph and sit back and relax in the comfort of a modern rig with perfect ride and handling!

That's all the pics I've got from the listing. Hoping for better ones from Travis today.

For as clean as everyone says it is, it sure looks desperate for an exterior detail.

That being said, exterior is fairly easy to buff and clean. We shall see.

I hope it's got a perfect ride and handling! Trying to keep my expectations on the low side though, as the ifs will have 175k on it already. May need a bit of work, but we shall see.

And now, we wait. Passed gas smog, registered, and awaiting conversion.

Travis pulls the Burb body, does all the drivetrain install, then drops body and completes wiring, gauges, shifter, etc.

Will let you guys know what else I hear!

FOR SURE.

I travel with too much valuable crap to risk it in a covered truck bed.

I like the security of the storage, as well as the passenger space and sleeping accommodations.

I can't even tell you how many weekends I've spent sleeping in my burb, post college. 6-8/year?
