That's not supposed to be a "ramming", it's supposed to be a tap after the horn hasn't gotten their attention. Sometimes it works out as a ramming, but it's rarely intentional.

On the other hand, I do know of one slow vehicle that has gotten a voluntary assist from an involuntary assistee up/thru a bad spot......
