I removed the front & rear axles from my K-5 & swapped in some 3.08 axles to keep my diesel engine happy on the highway.
The rear axles is a Dana 60 housing built by Dynatrac. 35 spline chrome-moly axle shafts, Chevy disc brakes, ARB air locker with 4.88 gears. Spring perches and shock mounts are set up for the blazer. The brake rotors, calipers, and lines are all in nice shape, boxed up already. I have a $3,200 bill from Dynatrac for this.
Front axle is the stock 10bolt with new brakes, tie rod ends, 4.88 gears with all new bearings etc. Open carrier so I didn't break anything.
I put about 10k road miles on these axles since all the work was done. I wheeled the truck only a couple times and had the rear diff fluid changed recently.
I'd like to get $1,800 for the pair. I will work out a deal with shipping for anyone who's serious.
