Looking at the center section i have a 4spd K5 but no E-Brake should i buy new are try to fish the peaces out of jankyard? 75-85 dollars all new????

go to the junkyard and get the little pieces, they should be all the same for most years. then buy new cables, it will make life so much easier.
Just get the right ones for your year and you should be good to go.
