e-brake light

jammed on the e-brake in front of my buds house last night and my e-brake light came on......pulled the release and the brakes unlocked and the pedelcame up all the way but the light stayed on and sugestions..????

There is a switch that your pedal arm contacts when it is all the way up that turns the light off. It is probably stuck(dirty, worn out).

drill a small hole in the pedel likage and then a small hole to the bottom of the dash. Attach a small spring and this will keep the contact from rubbing and the light from staying on.
