As I was doing the axle swap I realized that my 1990 Suburban has an e-brake system that runs down the drivers side of the frame only. The 14bff cables are the same as on my 1973 Suburban with equal length cables that hook to a system along the middle of the rig.

I prefer the 1990 style but how do I hook it all up?
Is there a conversion cable kit I can buy or something?

from what ive read on here you'll have to get the backing plates and brake components from a 83 up 14bff to bolt to yur axle.
