I'm putting E-Z rates on my front springs and was wanting to use the degree shims since I'm running an 8" spring and a longer shackle. The degree shims that came on the springs are a little smaller in width than the E-Z rate and the spring both. Will it be ok to run on seeing as how they were smaller than the spring to begin with?

dunno, mine were the same size. You could try an auto parts store to see what they have. Or send your blocks back and have them machine a degree into them. I've got 5* in mine, but my set up is a little different.

the less parts to a spring pack the better. and those shims included on lift springs that are aluminum suck as thay go bad fasterthan steel.

if me i would have someone cut them to make the shim up in the zero rate / e-z lift block and be done with it.

But first put the pack together and bolt the axle up. Then check your caster angle. If it's good, take the pack apart and get the blocks milled.

I went ahead and bolted them up so i could see what kind of angle i'm gonna need with running such a big lift. thanks for ya'lls help!
