I finally found these pics of this 'burban conversion.' I saw it at an outdoor expo about 3 yrs ago in Phoenix. I thought it was awesome.

Was gonna say, i wonder why i haven't seen it around here, with as much driving locally as i do, but then i noticed, it's from New Mexico:doah:

the truck, picture definately taken in Phoenix though,

That rig is from here in Roswell, the owner is a hunting outfitter( I could add a couple other adjectives) It's a 91 model, I think, and I saw it a while back with a "for sale" sign on it. If anybody's interested, I'll get a number for you.
It's not the first one he's had built this way, I remember him having at least two other different ones.
Jimbo

yeah theres two just like that here In Alamogordo ones camo and ones dark blue and light ble the camo one is a 3/4 ton and the blue one is 1/2ton

Hey Jimbo, if you happen to see one for sale would you let me know? I've been keeping my eye open for a decent Suburan to do this too, but nothing has come up yet.

Thanks, Dustin

Can anyone upload these into a photobucket or tinypic.com so I can see them.

I know where a straight body is sitting now . Just needs drivetrain and interior :wink1:

That is a very well done sub!

I like the little rear window. I always wondered what my truck would look like it I did that.

He did a much cleaner job then what I did though, hahaha.
