Early parking brake to the later style?

How do you make the early parking brake cables work with the late style. My 14 bolt it out of a '78 and my Sub is a '90.

Same Problem

I have the same problem with my 89' Burb. Just put in a 14B FF from an 80' 3/4T. I hope someone has a solution... I also have the 13" brakes.
