i have a new in box opened to verify its all there eaton e-locker for dana 60 35 spline 4.10 down or all ratio if high pinion reverse cut gear .

last few new i was tracking were over $1,300 + s/h . . . i would like $1,000 for this unit . can work a deal on shipping as we both now its not cheep these days .

Yup. I'll pay. Just send it via USPS with good insurance. I'd highly recommend you send it in two boxes. The carrier in the original box and all the accessories etc in a 2nd box. No matter how you package it, they will find a way to destroy everything with that big Ole wrecking ball in the same box.

ny/pa line half way across base of the finger lakes . zip is 14845 for my area .

its around 40lbs all boxed up better than factory shipping does . box looks like 11x11x11 size . i have fedex / ups / usps all in town . last guy i checked on it was fedex for cheepest next was ups .
