Eaton ho72 wheel bearing torque specs

Does anyone know what the torque spes are for the spindle nuts in the hub of an ho72? I have all the parts and spanner socket just need some help! Thanks

I'm pretty sure he still has the full book of specs for that axle.... He looked some stuff up for me when I had an Eaton in my '72 Burb.
