That thing is the biggest hack job i've ever seen. 500 bucks a piece for the tires? NOT! they cost maybe 400 if u know where to look. I bet the side flaps are just there for frame laws; which is pretty lame considering any cop can see under the fornt end, or rear end for that matter and see you dun got a frame that low.
