I will be staying at Crawford Camp, seeing it is the closest to the trail head and the assortment of activities offered at the camp.

Called today and got my place reserved at Crawfords. Got the Large Cabin. When I told him the dates I wanted it for, he said "you must be with CK5". Was glad to hear that. I'll be there Thurs - Monday.

The 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin was $125 a night. I priced the smaller ones but can't remember right now. I've got 2 other couples coming with me plus my 2 rugrats.

Sapper I think I'm going to bring a gooseneck. I'm gonna borrow it from a friends dad. The same friend wants me to haul his heep up also, but he never committs to anything. My rig won't fit on my tilt hauler once I put the new wheels and tires on. I could change tires when I get there but, I'm leaning toward the gooseneck. Don't worry if you break bad, we'll figure a way to get you home. Thats why I'm staying Sunday night, incase someone needs help and I won't have to be in a rush to get home. I'm taking the thur. as my paid Birthday, I have fridays off anyway and monday as a vacation.

I called and talked to him a few weeks ago before a date had been set and got some issues worked out with the camp sites and such. I was going to do the cabin thing too until I found out how much they were. Think I will be sticking with my tent and sleeping bag. My plan is to head out of here early thursday morning and head back home Monday sometime.

Yeah seems kinda expensive but its about the same as a hotel. I've got people to split the cost and I'm still right in the middle of it all. I don't have any camping equipment, never been camping.

well if I actually bring my rig(still debating on whether or not i get my axles done) I will be getting a cabin. hell I may do it old skool and sleep in the truck.

SWEET!!!! I'm planning it out now!! But Im going with the good ole bed of the truck for my lodging. I might even bring a GP tent if we are going to be in a certain place for awhile. Its a good party tent in case of the wet stuff(I didnt say it so you cant blame me for it)..

Hell if I get this job I applied for and off that weekend I might drive up. Looks like Dontoe will have my old 75 there and Bee32's buddy Jason has my wifes old 79 and in the SE forum said it would be there. Might as well see them wheel.

I haven't got a trail ready rig just a big pile of parts in the garage waiting for a few more parts to get acumulated before then next one is built..who has a open seat?
