Echobit flip still available????

so what if u were running a cv shaft, would that still be a problem? since u want it pointed straight at the output anyway?

I'll look into it and see how far the pinion would go.

HIJACK
so kert any idead where to grinc my calipers for rear disk i got 10 bolt calipers and one side fit perfactly the other is a beotchh
end hijack

OK, looking at the drawing and doing some quick figuring, it would appear that the echobit style flip would net approx. 5.875" of lift. That is going strictly by the numbers. Probably a little less actually due to the shackle angle adjustment.

sweet kert, i know you can work miracles. i cant to see what you come up with!!!

So have you got anything yet?:D

wow i just realized how old this thread is. that is a very simple design think ill make a set for my 72 k5:D

the 56's i can find on any 3/4 ton right? or are there certain years?
Think i might fab one of those up this weekend. did you put 4" springs in the front then?

I am as simple as a suspension can come :

Rear on stock 52's with Echobit flip and Gabriel shocks in stock mounts . Front 4 inch ProComp springs ( from their kit ) with ORD greasable shackles and the 4 inch kit rear shocks in the stock mounts .

The 56's I speak of haven't actually made it onto the truck yet , I have some though in my yard :thumb:

Im gona make a setup for my 72 k5 and ill use that to judge if its worth my time to make them up. it will be a trial run. if its not to much of a headache id consider taking some orders and see how it goes. Ill keep you all informed.

Seems really easy to make. All you need is a sawzall and a drill or drill press.
