have had the flip since last sept and hadnt have time to put it on but now Im going to and I was thinking about getting 57s inch springs and was wondering what it takes to mount them

I think just a longer shackle

with the ord flip you need to mount the left side on the right frame and vise versa. also a longer shackle is needed.

With the Echobit flip you just reverse the shackles, ie; right now goes on the left side and vice-versa.
