I'm not even sure how to explain this. I recently installed a battery isolator and when I tried to fire up the engine to make sure it was charging both batteries, it wont start. Thought maybe it was a plugged fuel line as I had no pressure at the TBI. Blew the lines, still nothing. Pump swapped out, still nothing. Checked voltage at pump and at relay. No voltage at relay. Ran new wire for relay after checking the relay itself and found out it was good. Still nothing. Used the test port input on the fuel relay and it starts, but after alot of cranking. Now the dome lights and other things that should be hot all the time are only coming on with the key. What have I done and how do I fix it?

Solved my own problem. Rewired the alternator so the power lead is hooked to the battery instead of the charge line that now goes to the isolator. Good info for those installing a isolator on the R/V models of Burbs and K5's.
