91 Jimmy with TBI 350. Got the truck back from a shop and they had swapped some of the ground wires to different spots.

From what I remember the copper braided line goes from the stud on the rear RH head (G115) to the cab next to the HVAC box. The ECM ground (black and tan wires with the eyelet) was grounded to a stud on the most right rear intake manifold.

Book mentions either G110 at the right rear of the engine or G115 (as mentioned above) based on body style, options, etc. Copper braided line doesn’t show up here, says it’s at G102/G103.

Anyone see an issue with putting both copper braided strap and ECM ground wires on G115?

A ground is ground.
If it's supposed to be bolted to the engine, anywhere the wire reaches comfortably and doesn't risk stretching and breaking is good.
Remember the engine does shake so take that into consideration

At the back of that manual there should be a component location section.
