What is the lowest dollar lift for adding 1" to the front end of a K5?

1" zero-rates from ORD. Should run you about 40 bucks plus shipping. Also let you adjust your axle forward or back a bit.

Anything that bolts to the spring pack (Ez Inch, Zero Rate), will be about the cheapest. Have to figure the cost of new u-bolts in too. Depending on where you get them could be another $20-$50.

Longer shackles only give half the amount of lift. 2" longer shackle=1" of lift. Plus they do bad things for you driveshaft angle. Also affects caster.

yes , but unless you shim the axle you will change the driveline angles and the caster angles in a negative (bad) way.
