edelbrock intake manifold P#7101 on 350?

i just picked up a 85 jimmy with a 350/700r4 and "supposedly 4.10's. it came with a edelbrock P# 1406 carb. right now i have plenty of power in my opinion but was curious about the intake manifold. the PO picked up the edelbrock IM but never installed? is it worth installing or should i ebay it? thanks

You don't really need it on your truck unless your building it to rev ( mud etc ) , and still be able to street it . Its a high flow dual plane good to over 6 grand .

You'd be better off with a regular performer on anything on the mild side .
