I got this manifold of Ebay, and looked at it on the Edelbrock website before I bid, but now that I got it, the ports look more like a peanut port instead of the large oval. It said it fit 65-90 BBC.

Anybody run this manifold?

Is there a better manifold for the big oval port heads?

I guess I'll take it to my head guy and see what he has to say about it.

looks like a basic one size fits all performer manifold.
If you wont be seeing over 5500 rpm. It should work fine.
You should be able to open it up a bit and gasket match with a die grinder and aluminium bur to fit your large oval heads better.

Will do, I'm taking it to my head guy...he can do it with the heads.

thanks guys
