It'll go on any GM 350 SBC that has Vortec heads installed on it. Vortec heads were made from '96-02 for the 5.7. The manifold will not work on engines with TBI heads (87-95) or engines with old style heads (68-86), but you can put the '96-02 heads on any of those engines and then use that manifold.

Thanks Wrench for clearing that up.....
I still have the heads the intake was mounted to, they must be 96-02 vortec heads---------not 1988 as the PO stated.

Will post some picts to verify....
