Educate me please

Saw this while surfing the internet and I really like the front clip. Can anyone educate me on what mod this is, what parts they are, instructions, etc. By front clip, I mean the fenders, hood, grille, etc.

no its a older pic of a blazer with full built pre-runner suspension and fiberglass fenders & hood with grill headlight parts from a 99-up body style gm truck . and the rear quarters are replacments with bubble flair to make more room .

Prerunner stuff like they said. Not bolt on stuff. You have to fab hangers and supports. Custom fender wells need to be built to keep crap out of the engine bay.

Bulged fenders are easy to find. What I don't understand is why nobody makes an otherwise normal looking fender, just with the wheel opening enlarged.
