Dose it matter which way these are hooked up on the ported vacume switch?
I can't help which way is "open" or "closed" for EFE, but you want the EFE shut when the engine is cold...so it would likely need to be to a port on the vac switch that provides vacuum when the engine is cold, but is shut when it is warmed up.
(assuming vacuum=closed EFE)
