egr help

its been toooo long i need to hook my egr stuff(hose routing) back up and i also have to put my o2 back on(where does it conect on the harness?).

can anybody please post pics.this is for a 91 350 it wont pass inspection

The EGR valve gets its vacuum from a fitting on the front passenger side of the TBI unit and that goes to the EGR solenoid, then from the EGR solenoid to the EGR valve.

The 02 sensor is a single purple wire coming out of the harness at the rear of the engine harness on the drivers side.

how was that thing running correctly with no o2 sensor hooked up anyways ?

Obviously it wasn't, that's why he needs to fix it.

no,she ran good(dont know how)but failed sniffer test 7 times legal limit

Probably need to go ahead and do a complete tune up with plugs and filters and change the oil.

Running for that long and out of spec without a O2 reference...... You wont believe how good it will run after you get it all working again.
