Take off the air-cleaner assembly and stand in front of your truck. It will be at about 10:30, right aside the carb or TBI on the intake manifold. Hard to explain what it looks like, but it's got a circular upright piece with a diaphram inside that you can push in - should also have a vacuum line attached to it.
