somethings f*cked, if it's dead in a 1/2 hr.. And the prime culprit would be the battery... Very few things will draw enough amps to kill a battery that fast...

A load test and hydrometer reading are probably in order..
 
yea for his problem do not use a test light that will not tell you how much power you are drawing some things in your car draw small amounds of power such as the radio memory which can light a test light on normal to save presets and shiot use a digital or anolog meter digital at like sears is like 10bucks also a test light can draw more current and perhaps short things out in your ECU ESPECIALY ON AN 2003 now cars with out computers no worries in using a test lights
also perhaps do you have an aftermarket or facotry alarm we get back cars all the time at my work for falty alarms killing the battery
