Elec. rear window question.

I have a problem. My rear window wouldn't go all the way down and then wouldn't go back up. Then I tried it again and it moved like the motor wasn't working right. When I got to work, I got out and tried it with the key........it went up like normal. My supervisor at work said it could be the ground or a loose wire. He's had many Blazers in the past with the same problem. I know the motor isn't bad, because it's like 2 months old. I'd like to be able to roll it down sometime soon. Thanks.

Maybe came off the track? I replaced my motor not too long ago and after about a month it would not go all the way down. Got back in there and found a bracket was binding it up.

Check the kill switch on the driver's side latch too. Often, that causes spurratic (sp?) movement of the window.
