My buddy got one of the Detroit electrac electric lockers and it was a piece of sh!t. You had to roll back and forth and turn the wheel left and right ot get it to lock up. He finally smacked the diff on a rock pretty hard and put the actuator out of its misery...He now has joined the ranks of "locked and loaded with the skinny pedal" crowd such as myself and put a detroit in it. BTW, it was a D44 thta the locker was in...

Just get a regular automatic locker. I did and I don't regret it one bit. All this whining about steering input is crap from people who have never had a front locker.
