OK fellas...
Im, in the middle of getting my truck back together from a little overhaul..
LS swap, Vintage air, and Dakota Digital gauges...

1985 C10

Ive been pawing through the wiring diagrams and what not and I have a wire or two left Im not sure what it does.

I have 1 Yellow wire that went from the gauge cluster plug down to the convenience center / buzzer down by the accelerator pedal.

Anyone know what it is for ?

For some reason yellow being cluster lighting (off the headlight switch, dims) is what comes to mind for me.

Only other stuff I can imagine off the top of my head that might come from convenience center would be seat belt warning light?

If I had access to any manual right now I'd check for you.

Are these the wiring manuals you are using? http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showpost.php?p=5621043&postcount=1

Yes, I’ve looked all through those and the manual I have here.

I'm reasonable sure it is the seatbelt light for the cluster, I just wasn’t sure and I dont have the old cluster here to confirm.

The other one I still need to track down is the pink/white that goes to the oil pressure switch. I have it in the engine bay and the other one on the same connector goes to the choke and the choke light in the cluster. I just don’t see where it goes inside so I can eliminate it. It shoule be powered with key on 12v so it may just go to the back of the fuse box.
