Electrical problem

Electrial porblem. Evey time i shut the blazer off the gall fuse on the firewall under the hood pops. any had this problem before?


1978 gmc jimmy 454 350 running a msd 6al with accell super coil hei distrbuter

i ment glass fuse next to the brake booster

when this fuse blows nothing in the cab gets power. i was thing of just bypassing this block but i dont want to start a fire. It is a small two post block next to the brake booster on the firewall.

I can't think of anything that could cause this except the MSD, try and put a stock hei and see if it still does that.
Where is the MSD getting the power?

this problem has just poped up the msd is not new. i did in stall new accell shorty header plugs

The reason I say this is that for some reason when you turn it off something is sending a big shock to the line holding the fuse, ...
