ok so my truck wil not start. no power to starter solenoid any ideas? also randomly when driving my blower motor stops, my brake and abs light come on and my gear indicator illuminator goes away. then all comes back. i have brake lights on all the time now when key is on ignition, only the back 2 though. the third brake light works fine, i hit the brakes the third one comes on and the rear 2 go off. any ideas? its a 96 z71 350 vortec btw

I think all those circuits go to the same ground point, (I have no idea where it's at) Check all your fuses, because if one is blown, it'll cause feedback to other circuits that share a power wire or a ground wire. Get a wiring diagram and start poking with the multimeter. As for the starter, the the control circuit, I think maybe the starter relay has gone bad.
