1/2 ton status
My EBS light has been on for a while so I finally got a buddy to scan my truck, turns out the EBCM is shorted and I need to replace, it is over $1,000!!!! oooch!!
Can someone tell me on my 2001 GMC 1/2ton extended cab, 5.3 engine, are the Electronic brake control modules the same for a few years?
Ex: 2000-2004?
I can't see why they would be different for the same 1/2's but would like to know before I spend money on a used one and get screwed.
