Emergency Brake Dash Indicator Lens - 84?

Hey all,

Any leads on where a guy can get a replacement dash red lens that has the 'BRAKE' lens on it? The one I have doesn't have those and I haven't found online where I can get one. The one lens that I have has the 4Wheel and Choke indicator, but I don't have the other one...

Any ideas?
