Has one used the front and rear caps for the hydro assist?

I used their front cap and I tapped the top one. The only part that was a pain was getting the large snap ring to seat fully. I thought I had it right but a wheeling trip proved otherwise. I got it right the second time around and it's been working perfect for over a year now.

Were a dealer for EMS products.

They provide an easy way to add hydro assist to your steering box without having to port your own in the box itself. With the caps you don't have to worry about getting shavings in the box, you just remove the stock piece and go.

Like koldsimer mentioned make sure you get the snap ring in all the way upon reinstallation.

have instalation instructions or pics on how to instll the caps? you juist pull a snap ring tehn teh front cap comes off?

When it's time to buy, talk to 81jimmyslt. Excellent service and just a good all around guy!

There is a small pin hole on the top bottom end of the steering box, stick a very small punch in the hole and bam the snap ring comes out. Make sure you have a drain pan underneath the cap. Then put the ported cap back on with the snap ring seated all the way!

If you want a write up just email me!

Every setup Ive had leaked until I got the EMS cap from Blazen Offroad. Well worth it!:D
